The MAXI-PRO 2D is the most versatile member of the MAXI-Pro family of
truck mounted ULV applicators. The output of the diaphragm pump enables the
MAXI-Pro 2D to be used for adulticiding, producing 90% of the droplets below 20
microns. At higher flow rates, droplets of 40-50 microns will be produced for
larviciding or barrier spraying.
The outstanding feature of the MAXI-PRO 2D is the remote control of the
nozzle direction through 180° horizontally, and 100° vertically, enabling more
specific placement of the droplets with the driver having to leave the cab. This
feature can be particularly valuable when barrier spraying or larviciding and
when adulticiding in areas obstructed by walls, hedges and buildings the
operator can elevate the nozzles to assist the droplets pass over such
obstructions. Designed and built from over 50 years experience, from only the
highest quality materials, with rigorous quality control at all stages of
manufacture. The pump is housed in a fiberglass waterproof enclosure, and only
an epoxy chemical resistant paint is used on all parts.
